Frustrations Abound

Months go by with no communication to anyone outside of their little clique of inner circle friends. An entire season has passed with very little being accomplished on any front, and a pile of promises made in the beginning now lie broken at my feet. Should I trust them again? Should I take their word that this is just "growing pains" and they are doing their best to accommodate everyone involved? Will new blood improve the situation at all or simply prove one final time it was never meant to be? Time and again I offer my help, to bridge the gap in their knowledge with the outside world. And, time and again I am ignored, told it's under control, and watch as noting is ever done.

They claim the goal is to have a cohesive group of individuals who share a common interest, yet they refuse to communicate with their membership. They claim to be all inclusive, having differing types of memberships to accommodate every walk of life, yet work very hard at keeping their group small with their actions. Will they ever learn that actions speak volumes more than words ever could? Will they understand that to be a group it means you must make time to fulfill your obligations and keep all your ranks in the loop? Is it possible to even be a group when it is so clear you can not see past your own inner circle of friends? What about those who want so badly to participate but can not drop everything to join in at the last minute? When will they understand that it is not THEIR group, or HER group, it is OUR group?

I understand you frustrations. But we all have to make decisions that effect other around us. They just don't seem to think any farther than today.
