This is the type of thing I deal with in my line of work regularly. Thankfully we do not have many users who damage their company issued equipment on a regular basis, not since the last ab-User left for 'greener pastures' at least, but it has been known to happen occasionally. The general message of this video however, the blatant denial of any wrong doing on their behalf and blaming the equipment for whatever the problem may be is a daily battle in my line of work. Of course it's the machines fault your account has been locked out. It must have known you were returning from your two hour lunch break with 15 minutes left to finish a days worth of work and enabled the Caps Lock key all on it's own. This forced you to repeatedly, more than 6 times in a row, type in the wrong password and then waste precious minutes on the phone with Tech Support having it reset. It must also be the machines fault that your mouse and/or keyboard "just stopped working" too. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the cup of coffee you accidentally tipped over 10 minutes ago spilling it's entire contents into the keyboard and across the surface of your mouse pad. I see that you did your best to clean it up but next time try unplugging the keyboard, turning it upside down to drain the liquid, and letting it dry completely before typing on it again. Electronic devices generally aren't suppose to spark and smoke when in use but tend to do so when filled with sugary liquids.
Ahh well, two words make it all okay as the seconds slowly tick theor way toward 5 o'clock ... Job Security!
