Okay so I'm working on a little 'writing project' that is in need of a title. I have been racking my brain for weeks and so far nothing seems to fit ... so I'm tossing it our there for discussion and your input.
I need something that fits the following themes:
- unconditional friendship
- support and understanding
- 'coming of age'
A little background info on the 'project':
without giving away too much it's basically the story of two people who share an unlikely friendship traversing some obstacles along the way. One character deals with some 'issues' resulting in alienation and turns to her only friend for support.
I know not much to go on but I can't give away all the details until it's completed.
So far all I have come up with is On Belay? which is a phrase I have adopted and use to mean things like "are you ready?" or "got my back?". For some of you this may make perfect sense but since there are absolutely no rock climbing references in the story it may confuse people who don't know me or have never heard it used before.
ok I read your blog:
ReplyDelete"It's always easier from the outside looking in."
"two way mirror"
"Unconditional..."
I'm not too good at this stuff. I'm just pulling things out of my butt.
Good luck, it sounds interesting.
Heather
"Unconditional..." ... this has posibilities.
ReplyDeleteIt's almost so simple I overlooked it. This is why I asked for suggestions from people.
So what have you been up to? Been a while since I heard from you. I'll have to drop you an e-mail and catch up on some things.
"Unconditional..." it is; it stuck!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the help Heather, you've earned a free copy. I'll be in touch for an address to mail it to in a few weeks.
