Alpha Won ... they got their default judgement and I now await paperwork delivery by the Civil Enforcement division ofr the Michigan State Police. Upon recieving paperwork I will then be headed to the lawyers office ... chapter 7 here I come. I refuse to pay a single penny to a company that laid me off, never found me a job, and then sued me for breach of contract when I found work again. non-compete agreements are meant to keep you from selling trade secrets, not earning a living!

The new car will be a Mazda 3i. Sport AT transmission (automatic when you want it, stick when you don't) Power mirrors, windows, and locks. 16" Alloy rims with low profile tires. ABS breaks, side curtain air bags, side impact air bags (the package I don't like but can't find a car without). It's quick and it looks good! And it handles NICE in and out of traffic.

Work is good ... make that GREAT! I love my new job, what I do and the people I work with.
School is going ... week 6 complete, 4 more left of this term. I have missed a lot of class with the new job and car accident and beign sick in January and again in February ... missed a few things that I am now trying to self study on ... not the best of ideas but better than not taking the class at all.

Personal life ... Amy (the oldest sister) had her baby. Maddalynn Marie Zellen born 1/27/04. She's cute, cuddly, and stubborn!
