Well not much has changed since the last post ... still seekig work ... still have no serious leads for a new job, just interviews ... still trying to enjoy the summer.

My webpage has not been updated in almost 3 months now and I suppose I should start using some of my free time to work on it. Problem is that is has been so nice outside Jen and I have been either in the pool, the pond, or out enjoying the sun some other way. My camera has been put to good use lately and the wish list for gear is growing longer with each photo venture. Once I have a full time job maybe I can start purchasing a few things on that list ... like the new camera bag and a set of extension tubes.

I start for Best Buy in Brighton on July 25. Yipee ... really looking forward to that job. Dealing with irate customers who paid too much for something they don't know how to work and think is broken ... will certainly be good for my patience endurance. I am hopefull that I will have a full time job offer soon and be able to tell Best Buy I am no longer available. I am waiting to hear about a time and date for my 2nd interview with a company in Shelby Twp and have 1st interviews scheduled Wednesday and Thursday of this week. One in Saginaw for the schools and one local to Flint for an insurance company. Both would be direct hire jobs and might just be the right one ... I also expect to hear back from a job in Southfield sometime in the next week or so. That interview went very well. it's for a Novell server tech, and that manager will be in town to do face to face interviews sometime yet this month. Got my fingers crossed for that one.
